Not surprising as he was pretty bad in the Pacquiao/Marquez fight. Not only that but during Vazquez-Gesta fight and even during the main event he was saying the fix was in and they should review the bout. I doubt the Arum and other promoters were too fond of that accusation.
It's still too bad he's retiring because he had great stories of the older fighters.
