If he's recruiting off campus then we must be down a staff coach. I assume Vollono is out but still nothing confirmed.
Pretty sure he recruits in Florida and then when season officially starts in August he comes back to NY till December.

You can only have 11 off campus recruiters, usually reserved for staff coaches. Caporale is support staff. He's been given the green light for whatever reason. Either a staff coach is not recruiting off campus or someone is gone and Caporale got the temporary nod.
He's in a portal of some sort right now

The only one I'd noticed was Dennis Thomas who is High School relations. I wasn't sure if there was an exception there.
The rules have changed so much the last couple years I could be off base with the allowed #s but there has to be some sort of limit or you'd have schools with an army of recruiters out on the road.

Yeah and he’s a really positive guy, posts a lot of retweets and tweets about kids we were out of the running for. It’s all fluid anyway.
