One of my players played with him in high school. Said nothing but great things about him. Said he's been the real deal for awhile. Also had some funny stories about Jake. All great kids with their heads on straight.

I expect him to be a good player for Syracuse.

AQ won 17-14. It was a great game. Josh Mack and Rush Henrietta'a Gerbino are the best football players in the section. Zembiek might be the better thrower but Gerbino is the overall player. Riggins is well put together. He will do well at SU.

He will be in action on Saturday at CNS high school against Liverpool

Haven't heard anything on Riggins. Coaches are in a tough spot if they don't see a fit for a local kid. Will be interesting to see how it plays out.

Yeah, this is the tough one. They talked about the spirograph, so it's tough to immediately jettison a kid from one of the biggest programs in the state. The unfortunate thing for Riggins is that where he wowed the last staff was in one of their camps. They offered him on the basis of that camp, which obviously, Dino and his guys didn't see. So they can't evaluate him the same way.

Don't you think they have tape from the SU camps on file? There is that entire recording system in the IPF.

Given the success of the Aquinas program I hope the staff does not take away the offer. I wouldn't be a bad school to build try to make a connection with. The other kid they should at least look at is Earnest Edwards.

Rivals no longer has Riggins listed as a commitment FYI. Not sure if accurate or not, no confirmation anywhere else.
