Reporter said he impressed (or raised his stock) the most out of everyone there.

Tyrell was designated an LB, but volunteered to participate in the DL session and stuck around for Specials drills at the end. Equates to ~ 5 hours straight of football.

Said he should be a high 1st rounder in the CFL draft.

Good for Tyrell. The kids an athletic beast. Hopefully he can find a way to keep playing the game and making some money. Wish we had him in the rotation last season but I guess it was good to get more reps for our other young LB's as well.

Technically he would have had eligibility for 2022 to be in the Syracuse DE rotation since he is now up to 232 lbs. Hey that's 15 lbs more than Linton. That would be a nice option right now.

It began last year. He started the Wake game and then after that his PT went down. I don't recall his injury situation but the last 4 weeks of the season the true freshman linebackers were getting a ton of run and the last 2 weeks of the season we were starting two true freshman linebackers. He had stats over the last 4 so he was getting some run.

The first 4 LBs right now are Jones, Wax, Thompson, Arku. Losing TRich and Kpogbas status unknown sting but we have some great depth here. Linton, GBourne, Sparrow, Lowery and 3 coming in.

Quitting is loaded with judgment. That's what's unnecessary. It's not hard to take the high road when a kid decides to leave.

Well, all the kids who quit the team in mid-season last year were quitters.
You don't quit mid-season, when you are only 1 injury away from starting again.
If you're unhappy, leave at the end of the season, not while your teammates are still trying to win games.
