I don't necessarily disagree with you but I just think it's a fruitless exercise. This staff is going to recruit who they think fits and if Joseph or Tisdale in their opinion don't, they're not going to pursue them. Doesn't matter who the last staff targeted. The worst thing about those two is that they already OV'ed here so the new staff can't even invite them to visit the campus without it being on their own dime.
