Leader of the Orange

I wouldnt mind... hahh.

Academies run it because they struggle to get elite talent, but line play is always coaching and developement. I enjoy good line play. If thats there? I don't care what we run. Y'all notice that Liberty ran a Wing T play? (Obviously, it went for a 1st down...lol)

This offense looks good. Let’s go with it

I know it won’t but if it did happen I would be 100% done not even joking.
Yep

I would instantly cancel my seasons tickets and all of my current and future donations

The scheme that DB runs is one thing but the actual play calling is the biggest issue in my opinion. It was bad before the OC change and worse now. Some of the calls on 3 and short inside our own 40 are just off the charts bad. If anything happens in the off season please let it be Gilbert shown the front door exit. He is horrible and that bad hire falls all on DB. I guess he likes him because he will call the plays just like he would. I see 15 total plays with 10 different packages. I guess that is why there is no play book.

I'd rather go back to the single wing:

Radically changing your offense or defense to give you an edge on opponents who aren't ready for it is like buying a new set of golf clubs to improve your game - with the same old swing. It's the Jimmys and the Joes, more than the X's and the O's.

Listen we all hope that Dino can succeed at Syracuse. I have my doubts because the system is no longer innovative and difficult for defenses to defend. We’re in year five and the recruiting has not picked up, even after a 10-win season. I love our new defensive 335 scheme and feel in the next few years this will be an excellent aggressive attacking defense. We’re already forced a lot of turnovers from this formation. Once we get some run-stuffing DT, it will improve the overall defense.

If the offense doesn’t work and a change is needed, i’m all in on Paul Johnson, the former Georgia Tech head coach, who is known for the triple option offense. I feel this would catch defenses off-guard and provide the explosive offense we’re all looking for. Watch this video of his highlights and see if it’s not reminiscent of our golden years in the dome.
I think recruiting has picked up. I look at next years class and I see the best overall group we’ve had in 20 years.

I know many on the board don’t like Paul Johnson and his option offense, but this what I like most of all - wins.
