Technically it's the Late Show on CBS. But yeah, he won't be in character so it'll be very different. It'll also be interesting as to what skits and features he'll do to distinguish him from the other late night hosts.
Personally I'll miss Craig ferguson more, though at some point he will have another talk show, in a different time slot.
