I appreciate former players' input, but there's a time and a place. If we go 0-12 next year, fire away... but don't go saying that crap publically after we landed arguably the best HS recruit in the last 15-20 years for Syracuse.

We beat out the best schools in the land for RW and the guy is roasting Shafer over the recruiting fire? Maybe he should've been given the Zeke Johnson diagnosis back in the day...

I have to wonder how many of them even know about RW?

I find it hard to believe that a bunch of players who are 15-20 years out of college follow recruiting that closely.

There are a ton of things that I want and might even complain about...if I post them on Facebook, does that mean I will get them? Last I checked, that was a solid no.

And...if this was behind the friend "curtain" on FB why in the hell would you post it here publicly for all to enjoy, even recruits?

You know what I find interesting? The former players that don't coach seem to like to pile on the coaching staff - but the former players that do coach, i.e. Madei, Kevin Johnson, now Antonio Anderson at Nassau - they seem to be very supportive. It's an interesting dynamic.

I wish I could, but honestly I was told some stuff by one recruit in particular (and it's not the one everyone will automatically assume, since it's BC) in confidence. And he had a story about ANOTHER incoming player that BC treated like crap. So we have multiple incoming freshmen who absolutely loathe BC.
