Has anybody ever had a conversation with the coaching staff about the possibility of adding another Eric White-type on the staff?
It's got to be worth it to hire another recruiter. Plus, Eric White isn't going to be around forever; might as well be prepared for his eventual departure.

I've sent in my resume more than once to multiple people to learn/help with the recruiting staff. Never get a response even though I just graduated from SU with a sport management degree and I've got experience working with pro teams.
