On Les Miles office is posted a note basically saying "Dear NFL Scouts: These guys miss workouts and always have an excuse, they only care about themselves and I will not answer any questions about them." Then lists about 8-10 names.

I follow LSU closely (married in!) and there are conflicting thoughts as to whether it's lea or the s&d coach. Interesting that there are multiple All Americans on there. We'll see tonight if the motivation worked!

I think it's a great idea, put their names on the wall, which guy who wants to play at the next level wants their name on the board? Hopefully other universities (particularly us) start doing it. It's that added motivation to get it done. If you aren't motivated to keep your name off the wall, how much of a team player are you?
