Lunardis august bracketology

Well obviously he's not following the practice reports.

Or that Bennie Williams is now 7'2", and still growing

Sorry, I clicked it.
“All is right with the world when Syracuse lands as team No. 69. It's truly uncanny how often the numbers fall exactly that way.”
What numbers? You colossal douchebag, the season hasn’t started. You put teams where you want to.

So all of the way too early top 25's include Syracuse and he has us at 69.

What a frickin over paid clown.

Hasn’t Syracuse been a number 1 seed more often than being “the 69th team” in actual results? Like we were the last team out kind of situation in a real NCAA selection?

But, he has numbers. Anyone can compile “the numbers” during the season and fabricate an S curve and put out a bracket. But, he has zero basketball knowledge, the least of all the “journalists”. So, the idea that he has analyzed these teams and come up with “numbers” to create his bracket is hilarious. I am sure he is worried that ESPN will wake up and realize he provides nothing and nobody would miss his crap, so he tries to provide content. It does nothing but drive rational people away from ESPN, aside from live sports. Just my two cents.

I think many of those were right after the season before the roster changes. I just looked at 3 more recent ones (CBS, ESPN, SI) and none of them had us in there.

In all seriousness, does Lunardi do any other work at ESPN? Does he do other reporting or statistical work or something? Or is he a back office type. It seems like quite a stretch that they pay him a full time salary year round to do this one thing. Additionally, since they actually put him on screen during the season, I’d assume they have to pay him as “on-air talent” which has to be a big salary bump as well.

It’s almost like people forget we lost our 2 starting forwards and just replaced their production. On a team that wasn’t great in the regular season.

Lunardi is trolling us for clicks but honestly the program has been the definition of what he does for ESPN.
I get it if you look up bubble in.the dictionary jbs picture is there. But what's the point of offseason bracketology. He can't even get it right weeks before selection Sunday.

The last 7 years aren’t JB’s career.
I will be fair.

Lunardi needs clicks to maintain relevance. Nothing gets more clicks than fake mock drafts or mock anything.

Fans devour that stuff. He has no reason for doing it now other than he was vacation when the NBA draft withdrawal deadline passed and didn’t do this then.

I think his job is at St Joes.
