No doubt, although prior to NIL, it never ceased to amaze me that great players would ride the bench at basketball and football blue blood schools, rather than come to Syracuse and start. Money might have been involved then, too.

its not sour grapes its facts...being a backup player instead of a starter as a senior just shows it isnt even about basketball for him...and its not for many of these players...its about money and status. etc and benefits

im sure duke is very happy they have a starter quality player who is fine being a backup for them

Kyle is better than MaliQ at the 5 this year, Brown though would have had much more playing time both last year and this year here at the 4 spot with Donnie’s injury in addition to backing up at the 5 spot both years. Maliq’s time last year at Duke was also limited by his own injury.
