Not sure who this is, but he does not have Syracuse anywhere near being in. Not even a mention.

They both lost, why wouldn’t they fall?Moved up to 82.
Wisconsin losses to Indiana who was 107 and stays at 22. Indiana only moves up 2 spots with the win to 105 over a NET 22 team.
Both Pitt and NC State fall, somehow, after their game last night.
Make it make sense.
In KP we jumped 9 I think. Not sure there’s much we can do to improve it now. The cake is baked.Moved up to 82.

Boise State boat races a terrible Air Force team by 31 last night and jump to 26 from 31.

It's funnyGotta win by like 30 over Ville to make a jump. Margin is the only thing that will move the needle now.
I still think we need more. Probably Clemson, Duke, or UNC in the ACCT. The blowout losses kill us.Clemson is sitting at 23.
Louisville is 206.
Absolutely must win against Louisville, and by like 16.
If they can beat Clemson, we will be on many more watch lists.

I watched Texas and Texas Tech when I got home last night with 18 and 19 wins both solidly in with their 9 quad 4 wins. FFS I hate the Big12 and Fran slobbering over them constantly.Good news is the way we are playing it’s just about keeping it going not as to whether we could win those games.
They all need to start speaking out about this. The media wants the ACC to do well and will pay attention and start a bigger discussion.Hopefully all the ACC coaches speak out about it!View attachment 238162
The simplified answer is that It's not so much MOV as it is MOV relative to expected MOV. If Team B is expected to beat Team A by 8 points, but wins by 4, then you're not going to see much movement. If they win by 14, they could move up a bit.Margin of victory or defeat should not be measured so heavily.
Make it make sense.
That’s the problem with a system that relies on its own expectations. It’s somewhat self fulfilling at this point. It’s a flawed metric when winning is what should matter most of all.The simplified answer is that It's not so much MOV as it is MOV relative to expected MOV. And also keep in mind that 1) we're almost done with the season, almost all of the data is in the rear view mirror (think of it as your earnings through the year, you're making $20/hr and on December 1st, you get a raise to $25/hr - how does that affect your annual earnings? Barely) and 2) all of these teams and rankings are interconnected. It takes a lot to move and even more to stand out from the crowd of middling teams.
Need more of it.SVP with a nice piece on manipulating the NET on his "One Big Thing" segment." The Clemson coach's quotes carry weight given that they are actually looking good on the NET.
