As a Packers fan I can't say I'm too thrilled at the idea of the Titans and Jags OCs fixing their offense.

I read this as the new HC telling Rogers it's your show. No way Rogers - who was reportedly overruling McCarthy - listens to Hackett.

Rogers legacy is on the line the next few years.

Hackett hit the lottery. He wasn’t getting a HC anytime soon as Marrone’s OC as Doug is conservative.

Marrone's hands were tied with this one. With all the injuries & Bortle's inconsistencies, this offense was doomed no matter who coached it. Let's be honest, Marrone has always wanted the Jets job. With Bowles no doubt out after this year, don't be surprised if you see Marrone/Hackett with the Jets next year. Whether you like him or not, Marrone is a damn good football coach.

Any move to NY will be Casullo'd.
