Hackett filled multiple roles. I don't remember him being a dedicated QB coach although maybe he was his first season. It's a moot point since he is already there. The real question is who is left to take?

EDIT: I just realized the OP's statement was copying a snarky comment after the article, not words from the journalist. Unless Marrone plans on demoting Hackett to QB coach and getting a new OC, the QB coach is going to be new blood.
