Here's a thought:

What if Marrone and company swallowed their pride and consulted with some well-thought of high school coaches to find a way to correct the turnover problem. From what everyone seems to say, this staff has developed some good relationships there. Couldn't hurt, right?

I bet Marrone has already done something similar to this, but there has to be some good answers out there. Obviously, they haven't been found yet.
