Sorry, shouldn't have even mentioned it. We would have looked better forfeiting the game.

this Game is going as badly as my gut felt about it. I’m sure 90/% of the fan base felt the same. That feeling of almost nervousness because of how much we have to

My halftime 2 cents ... our D looked gassed half way throttle 2st qtr , there WRs are wide open and we look in settled at the snap and confused .. I’m close to our sideline and we looked lathargic from the get go

The defense is gassed because the offense can't stay on the field.

I think dino was trying to avoid a late to. It was a conscious decision. Disagree w the strategy is fine but i doubt it was unconscious.

Even if they are, you’re saying we aren’t very good still. Which is exactly what I said.

Hillarious all the people complaining that gameday, and college football in general don't take us serious enough after 1 good year.
Put on the orange colored glasses, and ignore the glaring question marks heading into the season.
No, there is no conspiracy by gameday and Kirk Herbstreit to always paint us in a poor light. We earned out "prove it" status, and so far have layed an egg.

How dare people get excited for the season and want to think we're back. What jerks.

That's the really sad part of it. This is a good Maryland team but Syracuse looks putrid.

Awful. I'm praying we don't have any recruits at this game.

Dino has had one good year for us, largely in part to an easy schedule and a QB he didn’t recruit.

I’m officially wondering if he can make it happen here. The recruiting we all try to gloss over is showing in games like this and ND... and to top it off, he was bullish on this defense.

Completely outcoached today, in every facet.

He had been outcoached and in his first two years too but saying something bad or questioning the staff was off limits. I was seen as negative.

Gonna go watch that...not sure it will be any more competitive as I don't think Poirier will make it out of the second round against Khabib.

You’re not learning the lesson here. This game is proving that we don’t know anything about Maryland. They could be a top team in the Big 10.

I remember people complaining about the loss to Tennessee in 1998. “How did we lose to a team with Tee Martin at QB?”

All Martin did was lead the Vols to an undefeated season and the title.

Who the hell said that??? Students who’d never watched football?

Tennessee was a perennial power back then. Maryland has had four straight losing seasons.

I remember the talk in 98 being that Syracuse could have a great team and still start 0-2.

It was a crushing loss but I felt good that we went toe to toe with an obviously loaded Tennessee.

Maryland is playing their 2nd game under a new HC who's career record is 4-37 or something like that. What do you mean?

With a ton of transfers no less. That's the piece that also frustrates me. A historically incompetent coach who recruits well and we are getting absolutely embarrassed in all phases of the game... particularly coaching. With all the new players that Locksley has and his track record, it should not be like this.
