I would understand not playing the kid if either Scoop or Triche were playing well. When both are throwing bricks out there I don't see why MCW should not get some run. IMO he drives the ball to the rim better than either of them. When we are struggling clanking 3 after 3 it would be nice to see someone in there who is not looking for his own shot.

I understand that JB sees what goes on at every practice/film session/meeting, but JB is also stubborn as hell when it comes to playing freshmen not named Melo/GMac/Greene. I dunno...he might have a case.

Earlier in the year, JB said that he would be upset if MCW WASNT upset about his playing time. Well, he is. Im sure he has been upset for awhile and now and it has finally spilled out into the public forum. If JB didnt know this could possibly happen...well...then I would have to question the intelligence of JB. We are talking about a freshman that seems capable of contributing but doesnt because JB doesnt like...freshmen. Oh well. Its been that way since he was head coach. And I personally think it sucks.

JB seems OK with 5th-year seniors who play like freshmen.

I hate to say this, but whatever. It's not the time to be making a statement, it's the time to play players who should be playing. MCW should have gotten some time.

He shouldn't be making that public, but we should be asking that question. There's no reason we shouldn't've tried a 4 guard line-up at some point today. He's shown the ability to shoot and create. Why not see if he can get us jump started. He also may have given us a little more quickness on the perimeter when they were on fire from three. If the offense is going to be so perimeter oriented, why not have more perimeter players in the game against a smaller team? JB was outcoached today.

With that attitude he should sit? Seems regardless of attitude he's going to sit. It has to be frustrating.

We forced minutes for other players regardless of play - this kid has done nothing that would indicate he shouldn't get more PT, and yet he doesn't. Again, it's fine if we have 3 guards that are playing well. That's just being the odd man out, but when you're not given a chance to fail, and other are playing like garbage - I just struggle to see how you could judge a 18 year old that shows a little emotion. Even if it is frustration - especially since he's been a huge cheerleader most of the year.
