MCW vs. DROSE

so is Ennis in uniform for these DNP coaches decisions or in a suit?

He's got incredible gifts, but he plays like a moron at this point.

Fun to watch on highlights. Not fun to watch when you're rooting for his team to win a playoff game. Tons of potential there though.

He's played smart for the most part up until the playoffs started. He just seems to be forcing things way too much right now.

It'll be really interesting to see if any restricted free agents take a QO so that they can hit unrestricted free agency when the cap jumps up.

But yeah, I'd be shocked if Middleton isn't a Buck next year. Pretty sure a big part of trading Knight was that they could focus on just re-signing Middleton and still having cap space going forwards.

Zach Lowe even threw out a possibility of Kawahi Leonard either taking a QO or just a 1 year deal, and hitting the market next summer. And then even doing the same thing next year, since the cap is jumping again. Might be real hard for Kawahi to turn down a max 5 year offer from the Spurs though, I can't really see that happening.

So I do wonder how it's gonna work out in general; there will probably be some contracts signed that at first seem like way too much until you realize the cap is going up about $40 million in the next few years.

Yeah, exactly. A guy like Leonard that takes the max this year could end up missing out like an additional $10 million per year if he had waited. Meanwhile you'll probably see guys like Middleton get the max this offseason because in a couple years, $16ish million for him won't really be that much.

I figure this is why the Knicks have no chance at guys like Green or Butler.

I can't even imagine how frustrating this series is for Bucks fans. Giannis is the most frustrating player I've literally ever watched.

MCW needed to take that shot at the end of OT.

Yep, he should've. That's what happens when your not confident enough in your j. But he's played well tonight, I like what he brought on d. I think he's learning some things that'll help him going forward.

Is it possible to trade Giannis to some other playoff team that is also losing? Good gracious I want to punch him every time he diddles around with the ball which is every time he has it.

Or when he doesn't give it to a guard! And tries to go coast to coast and of course the turnover is inevitable.

Tougher way to go down 3-0?

Bucks in a close gritty 2OT loss or Pelicans up 20 going into the fourth to lose in OT.

New Orleans for sure. Complete collapse, although how can you not be impressed with Golden State.

Pelicans! They controlled that game from the middle of the 1st quarter till the late 4th quarter. I want to say they were up 18 or so with 4:30 to go. Suddenly Golden ST rebounded every shot they missed the rest of the way. I see no way they recover and win game 4. They got a great game from Anderson and the rest of the bench and still couldn't pull it out.

Draymond Green became possessed with the spirit of Dennis Rodman. That was crazy.

It was nuts because they would miss good open looks at three and get a dunk or a kick out for a better 3.

How do the Pelicans actually let Steph Curry get that shot off at the end of regulation BTW. Up wrap him up before he ever gets the ball back.

Also, the first shot he took, I think his foot was on the line...then on the kick out, whoever was guarding him just got lost and you knew Curry wasn't missing that.

The constant shots of stunned Pelicans fans as the game got closer and closer were hilarious.

I love the way Giannis played last night personally. Was nice to finally see him break out of his funk against the Bulls. It's a shame the team ran out of gas in the 2nd OT, but I finally got pretty solid performances out of all three of the young guys I care about. The only guy that might have been better than Giannis last night was Henson IMO, who has seemingly finally started to care about basketball now that it's playoff time.

They lost the game because they couldn't get a defensive rebound in the fourth quarter. Golden State went small, took Bogut out, and Shaun Livingston was the tallest player they had on the court. GSW had 16 second chance points in the fourth quarter alone, and finished with 22 offensive rebounds. New Orleans played as good as they could on offense and defense, but being inable to grab rebounds in the fourth quarter was their ultimate downfall, and that happened while playing at all times with 2 guys that were at least 6'10".

He is the most frustrating guy to watch with the ball in his hands out of everyone in the playoffs. Its not even close.

I'll have to check him out then! Ha. I haven't been able to watch a CHI-MIL game yet. Haven't really seen him play yet, in general.

I hadn't really watched him until the playoffs. Seen highlights but never watched him play a whole game. I found myself pulling for the Bucks of course since they have MCW and Ennis (who isn't playing). Soooo it was very frustrating watching Giannis repeatedly destroy offensive possessions.

I think I read that Giannis became the youngest player in NBA history (at least as long as they've been tracking stats) to record a 25 and 10 game in the playoffs.
