Not sure if the weather is a factor there but sounds like im watching a MEAC game.

I don't understand why they play 50% of their home games at the XL center instead of on campus at the Gampel Pavilion for 5K more seats. If I was a student I would be annoyed that the top teams are not on campus!

Because Storrs is in the middle of nowhere and very hard to get to for most of the state. I went there once for a game (I live just outside of New Haven, Conn.) and. I thought I was was driving to Canada.
