Miami kickoff: 3:30 PM on ESPN

I have a few $99. tickets for sale but if you and OrangeTarheel need tickets I'll break them for yah. No charge. There not bad seats. Section 308 top on the isle.
I just had my co-party return 6 tickets this morning. So I am now flush again as well. I'm in the EndZone below you I believe with 4 tickets in each of 2 different rows.

So no students. We now avg for the year 38,905 per game. Will Miami be above that or below?

I really thought with the reduced capacity that tickets would be tight. Even more so with this passing O and the Ws this year. Maybe 41,500 which isn't a lot off but still it is off.

If Miami is not 40k then this will be the 2nd fewest 40k crowds since 2017, and 2021 was impacted by Covid.

2024- 1
2023- 2
2022- 3
2021- 0
2019- 5
2018- 2

We had a decent home schedule this year. Friday game. Ranked GA Tech. Well known VA Tech. And Top 10 Miami. Next year the ACC opponents will be less attractive. And given the road schedule and no McCord, the O and record should be worse. So do we see a dip from the 39k we got this year? Or will it be like 2019 where there was a delayed effect from 2018 which bumped attendance?

I hope we have a more balanced schedule next year. The front loaded schedules do not help and then when we were finally home again, it’s two games sandwiched around thanksgiving.

A more normal balance will help even without as many high profile names.

I also think we will see a boost in season tickets next year. The reseating hurt and there’s always a lag between winning and tickets.

Signing a big time portal QB like McCord wouldn’t hurt.

If coach brown wants to inspire the team, he should find a replay of the epic 1992 game at the Dome against Miami and play it to the team.
Maybe find some of the team to talk about it.

They were #1 in the country and we were given no chance to beat them
i was at that game and saw Chris Gedney stopped on the 2 yard line as time ran out.
Miami escaped with a 6 point win, leaving behind thousands of SU fans with broken hearts.
Now it is time to finish what they started.
Better late than never!
