There is some truth to this. There is an endangered bat species on the property. However, that species is being removed in November. That is not the reason for the delay. The reason for the delay is the county is am absolute show from a planning perspective and Micron is a show with their communication and timeline.

This, a plant or two is certainly going to get built but the entire scope (believe it was 4+) seems highly unlikely to ever happen.

2 will definitely be built. There are claw-backs if three and/or 4 don't get built.
