I can't stand the guy or his style of commentating. Every call sounds like he's surprised by what just happened. I hate it.

I think that's the worst part of going to the ACC -- the different announcers we're going to have to deal with (or so I imagine -- hopefully we'll get knight, bilas, and the other guys but they seem to do more big east but maybe that will change)

Jon Sciambi. I also LOATHE Patrick. He is a bigger ACC Homer than Vitale. Drives me crazy and I would rather listen to Iggy and Blue Curtain do a game.

On the bright side, at least they don't put Vitale and Patrick together much anymore.

At the same time, everyone else probably feels the same way when either Tirico or McDonough calls a Syracuse game with Bilas.

Patrick is probably the worst. Although I dislike listening to Vitale call a game, I can at least see why he's entertaining for some people, I have no idea what Patrick offers other than being outrageously annoying.

Maybe people who like Louie Anderson feel comfortable looking at Patrick, because old people get confused and might think that's who it is.

Difference is that Tirico and McDonough are world class announcers and as far as I know they don't display any homerism at all. McDonough gets ribbed a couple times by Bilas/Raftery about it but not because of his announcing.
