Fine’s accusers, Davis and his stepbrother, Michael Lang, both live in Central New York. A young woman at Davis’ home Friday said he was not there, and she would not speak with a reporter. People at Lang’s home said he did not want to talk. Staff at Lang’s Constantia Cove Diner, Lang’s family’s business, said “everyone was looking for Lang” Friday and he was “hiding out.”

A September 2007 engagement announcement in The Post-Standard said Davis is a graduate of Henninger High School and Weber College, a state university in Ogden, Utah. Davis was living in Utah when The Post-Standard interviewed him about the allegations in 2002 and 2003. The engagement announcement said Davis was working as an accountant in St. George, a small community in the southwestern part of the state.
Davis loved being near the SU basketball team because he loved the game, he told the newspaper. He said he played AAU (Amateur Athletic Union) basketball and Fine helped him play in college and for a professional team in Germany.

How did Fine molest him until he was 27 if he was in Utah during college and living there after college? Or while he was in Germany?

It is really clear these two "victims" are not the sharpest tools in the shed. I think my 7 year old could have come up with a better plan.

In addition don't AAU teams travel a lot? So if Davis was gone every weekend when did Fine have time to molest him thousands of times?

The funny thing is that it is pretty clear they were high when they come with this plan but What was going on with ESPN to buy it? Unless they are passing around the pipe up there in Bristol I don't know how any sober person could not see all the gaping holes in their story.

Anyone can read a self help book and come up with the statements the accusers had during their ESPN interview. No specifics and terminology that rings of self help books. Most victims don't use this terminology without clinical work, and then they use these words to describe their experience comes from the clinical experience.
