Moving screens

It was brought up in another thread on the "5 point play." Can someone explain the difference what constitutes a moving screen? To me they all look like their moving. Some are called and some are not. The big SOB that got in between Battle and the shooter was moving big-time. I don't get it.

we could cut down on ours of the guys would ball would time the cut correctly..

Bigs get called for a blocking foul if they have their legs too far apart. Our bigs have it called on them quite often.
