Our line play should be better, but it has been good enough to have plenty recievers wide open that the QB can't manage to see or throw to. The other teams know this, so they don't respect the pass and load up on the run.

Yeah, he totally has tunnel vision. I thought that was one thing the Texas kid showed in his limited minutes - I saw him look one way and throw to the other side of the field at least a couple times in his limited minutes.

I saw the same thing. I find it hard to believe the coaches didnt see that. that is enough for to know he has more upside

BTW, I heard at the stadium from a VG source that Carney wants to Redshirt this year. He only can play in two more regular season games.

Such a frustrating game and frustrating season. With Steve, we are maybe 6-2 or better.

I somehow knew when Willis came up a half yard short that we wouldn't score a TD.

The refs were not our friends today, but it wasn't totally one sided. Sure looked like Nixon got that 4th down.

Third quarter, 4 and 1, on our 35 - GO FOR it! We weren't stopping them - play to win, we were already losing.

This really sucks!!!!

I actually thought the refs were pretty fair. I was there, saw it on the replay board, etc. Yeah something maybe the other way but I trust their judgement on the out of call bounds things as they were about right on all of them.
