Hey everyone.
Just got home from my spring break with some buddies down in the Bahamas which is why I haven't been posting. Watched selection sunday in our hotel room and at first wasn't thrilled to see Ohio St. but the development of Rak has made me realize we certainly can beat them.
Now about that UNC-Ash game. Ugh. That is all I can say. We all watched it and between that game and the severe alcohol withdrawal I was going through from the 5 day bender previously left me in a very uncomfortable state. It is true what they say- good teams make plays. Forget the bad calls (and Triche's out of bounds call was one of the worst I've seen) we won because we made plays (despite some of the worst fouls from our guards I've seen. Seriously, what was up with that).
I sat there all game thinking we would be the first 1 ever to go down, and if you didn't think that at least once you're lying.
Couldn't see the K-State game because our flight out of Nassau was at 11:47am. You want to talk about nervousness? Try this on-- as soon as the plane landed and you can turn your cell phones one, my roommate did just that and went to his espn.com app. Next thing we knew all 6 of us were fist pumping on the plane, recieving many looks from fellow passengers.
Got to watch the game tonight and all I can say is I've been saying all season James is the key. He is stepping up and putting away the doubters. Not sure what is up with Fair but I'm betting we see him step up next game. I actually think Rak is a better rebounder than Fab. Is that crazy? Waiters drive and finish with his left hand and the foul was one of the best plays I've seen all year. Scoop- love him and hate him--he is what he is and buckle up.
I think we match up well with Wisconsin and their big white goons. We'll see. Go Cuse.
