Kentucky? Holy geezus, they will suck if NG is PG1. The walking TO will not do well.George going to Kentucky is great if true. One less school with big money to compete for a PG we do want.

Have we forgotten Mike Edwards?Probably the two worst PG’s in SU history.
I think he had the skill. His problem was he didn’t really give a frick about the team or winning.Had high hopes for Nait but ended up being kind of a strange player. Not very athletic and not that skilled. Gotta have one or the other
Actually he was great, compared to who Gerry ended up having to play with the worst Josh Wright.Have we forgotten Mike Edwards?
I’ve heard 2m but also up to 4mHe made a sickening amount of money this year
Josh Wright says hello.Probably the two worst PG’s in SU history.
Wasn’t $4m but really close to $2mI’ve heard 2m but also up to 4m
Depends on roster needs, Maybe they are offering him essentially what he made here last year to back up the one or the two, I do not know however he is definitely not a lead guard at this point. How do we definitively know that he got an offer?I just can't believe a coach on the hot seat is going to entrust his PG spot to Nait George.,...um well you know, another coach.
good luck nait. we hardly knew ye.
UK reportedly spent $22M this past season. They can get most anyone they want.George going to Kentucky is great if true. One less school with big money to compete for a PG we do want.
Do you know him personally, or are you just playing armchair psychologist?I think he had the skill. His problem was he didn’t really give a frick about the team or winning.
And yet they still probably think they picked wrong.UK reportedly spent $22M this past season. They can get most anyone they want.
He got paid a lot of money and was terrible for the most part. Not only that he called out the fans.Wow, a lot of harshness on this Board towards Nait. I made many posts about being concerned with his TOs throughout the season, but he really cut down on them in the last 5 or 10 games. I thought he was one of the few players who actually improved during the course of the season under Red's coaching.
I would have liked to see him return and perhaps take the next step under Gerry.
Good luck, Nait !!!
Not defending him but some can be pretty rough. You can say a player is playing horribly without being personal. Same can be said about how Red was treated. Again not a defense, just a statement for civility. He got paid a lot of money and was terrible for the most part. Not only that he called out the fans.
He was getting paid more then Donnie?Yeah and a lot. He was the highest paid player on the team by a sickening amount. He coulda cared less if the team won. One of my least favorites ever if you can’t tell lol
He was also one of the better lob passers we have had in Orange. Pretty much the only highlights we had this year were his lob passes to Kyle and White.Pretty much the theme of college basketball these days.
If I have to say something nice it would be that I enjoyed his free throw shooting. On a team that was so bad at free throw shooting.
By a lotHe was getting paid more then Donnie?
Who’s bright idea was that lolBy a lot
Hard to believe KY would spend big money on George unless they have tons of funds and plan to bring him off the bench
