National Team game tonight, BEIN and TW

My TW box is no allowing me to set a recording on BEIN 417 for the game tonight. Called TW and after reboot they have no idea why, claim it is not blocked but offered no help either. Will record ABC, ESPN, etc with no issues.
Any ideas? blocked?
