Seems like there will not be anybody signing up for a 10th team.
That team will be auto-drafted by Yahoo.

If that team is auto-drafted, I will manage the roster each week to at least keep that team semi-competitive so its not a complete "bye' victory. That team will not do any trades, nor any waiver acquisitions. I will just make what I think is the best roster each week.
