NC state tailgate question

Assume there’s a tailgate for the 8pm game. Time? Should we bring something or just pay to help cover the costs or both? Any info is appreciated.

Don’t believe there is a tailgate as most are just arriving back from Vegas and heading to NC State right off the heels of is it, is a bridge too far
