NCAA Elite Eight Games Thread for Sun Mar 29

Just turned the game on, but those last 2 Michigan offensive possessions were beautiful. Guys making the extra pass for wide open shots.

Also, thinking about a guy like Cadeau and how he looks at Michigan versus UNC. Sure he might have improved in the off season individually, but I have to think the difference in how he’s been coached is the biggest difference. If George stays, I’m hoping Gerry can coach him up.
Same with Donnie.

Well this game is over. I’d like to think Illinois could give Duke a run but I’ve seen Illinois take too many steaming dumps when they step up in class. Example 2024 regional final beat down by storz. I fear Duke has a cake FF game while Michigan and Arizona have a war

I hate both of these scumbag team and their equally repulsive respective fanbases, but I'm rooting against Uconn, because they're the greater evil. I'm not disappointed to see Puke doubling those husky jerkofffffs up.

I hope they win by 30.

Elite 8 has been sub-par.

Iowa hung with Illinois until the final 8 minutes or so. Everything else since then has been run-aways in the last dozen minutes. Unless that other team can come back against Duke.

I am watching the game without the sound on. Why was that shove/punch offensive foul on Duke not a flagrant 1or 2, what was the excuse?

Rules it a hard foul but not excessive. No movement to the head and without intent to injure. Ref also looked at Hurley’s face and figured the team deserved it

A second half comeback? On that note Cuse need to stop recruiting poodles with mental deficiencies and start bringing in pit bulls that only want and know how to win.
