NCAA Final Four Games for Saturday April 3

It seemed pretty clear early in the season that Gonzaga & Baylor were just a notch above everyone else. Then Baylor hit a bunch of Covid stops, the Big Ten started grabbing attention & they stumbled just a bit... really shoulda stuck with ‘em, they’re dominating.

Against Baylor you have to guard the three, but their guards are lightening quick getting to the rim. Baylor’s defense is giving Houston nothing. Houston can get inside.

What Baylor is doing to Houston is not far off what we could have done to them if we got the good version of AG and QG. Obviously even that version of us is probably getting beat by 10-15 by Baylor but still.

The Tournament of Suck continues.

There was no way that Houston was going to out physical Baylor. And some dude named Deeky wasn't going to lock up Mitchell.

That first half reminded me of Kansas-Marquette in 2003. God it seemed to take forever waiting in the Super Dome for our game to start. Walked the corridors of the Super Dome for the second half and chatted up Sean McDonnagh and Michael Lloyd.

nice to see baylor carving up houston...they (hou) really arent that good against a team of equal (or maybe even slightly lesser atheleticism)...baylor just controls themselves long enough to make the play and find the weak spot. Syr - a limited athletic team at the gaurd spot - is THE DREAM mathcup for houston...this game is being won and lost by the perimeter players and baylos are a cut above...

how dumb I was off of the first 35 min of rutgrs game to prefer houston ... but that syr-hou game shouldve been tighter...hou is beatable.

funny and very predictable to see the refs hoping to swing a close game out of all this...they need to just call it even the whole way and suck it up if its a blowout, imo...to preserve the shred of integrity this sport has left.
