Completely 100% unacceptable crap. I would love to have names of the idiots on this committee. Who decides to fundamentally change a position with schools not even sure if they are going to have a team next year let alone a chance to prepare properly in the fall and winter??
"We the NCAA football committee have decided to use these trying times of covid to force all kickers to use their other foot! Effective immediately! Now seems like as good time as any to spice things up!" That is basically what these morons have done.
