Why was Guy grabbing the back of his head after the jump ball was called?

The white kid on TT clotheslined him before the tie-up.....I'm guessing that's the call he was asking for. That dude hit arm, head, no ball. Then the tie up occurred...and then maybe he hit his head on the floor?

Couldn't tell.

The foul was before the tie up though.
