They rebounded 10 of their 33 misses = 30.3%

They got 11 points on 10 O-Rebs = 1.100 points/O-reb

Unforced Turnovers
(Total turnovers – the other team’s steals = unforced turnovers)
We had 13 turnovers – 7 steals = 6 unforced
They had 18 turnovers – 8 steals = 10unforced

(Points off turnovers divided by the number of turnovers the other team had)
We had 22 points from 18 takeaways = 1.222 points/takeaway
They had 15 points from 13 takeaways = 1.154 points/takeaway

Unsettled Situations
(Effective offensive rebounding + Points per Takeaway: [Second Chance Point + Points off Turnovers] divided by [Offensive Rebounds + Opposition Turnovers)

We were more likely to get calls when attempting two point shots and got more free throws out of it when we were fouled.

Comments

- I was amazed that we had 10 offensive rebounds in this game. That’s bene a sore spot in recent games and looked especially so in this one. But we got three of them on the alst possession and never scored.

- We had 0 ….ZERO…second chance points. They had 11 off the same number of offensive rebounds. And we lost by 6.

- We hit 36% of our threes to 34% (but had one less), 65% from the free throw line to 65%, (but, for all our troubles outscored them by 9 fro9m the line). We lost this game on two point shots. We were 8 for 26, (30.8%) to 14 for 24 (58.3%). We don’t often lose games inside but we lost this one there.

- Along the same lines, we got outscored in the paint 10-22. When have you ever seen SU with only 10 points in the paint.
