We'd be comfortably in without that crapfest

I think we stay about the same UVA is Top 15. That loss won’t hurt at all.likely going to fall a few... hoping we can stay top 45 by 6pm on Sunday
I think we would have beat Ville at least once; Shame never got a chanceVill lost to virginai at home by 10 we played them to the final buzzer away. Lot to be said there.
Before the game, our NET ranking was 39 and Virginia was 14. Since it is a close game, I suppose we won't drop more than 4. Possibly somewhere between 41 and 43. Virginia should go up to 11 or 12.Just looked at our NET ranking and it's up to 39 after yesterday's game. That's a solid jump. Must be due to neutral site game? L'ville dropped to 57 too
GTown winning helped us tooWe actually moved up 1 in Ken Pom after the loss. I'm guessing we are 40-42 in Net at worst.
I think that’s probably it. Rutgers winning the B10 could help a little too.So for NET purposes we are rooting for UNC to win as many games as possible, Georgetown to ideally win 1 then lose, UB to win as many as possible, and alll of Utah St., Bosie St, & Colorado St to lose. Is there anything else? Maybe GT to beat Miami and UVA?

I swear if we don't get in and they do because they dodged us twice. Forget uconn gtown and duke. Lville is enemy number one in syracuse.I think we would have beat Ville at least once; Shame never got a chance
Margin of victory plays a roll. I believe the NET factors in metrics like KenPom, Sagarin and maybe BPI, which calculate points-per-possession offensive and defensive efficiency.Frankly, I am very surprised by a 10 point jump over a Q2 opponent (NC St). View attachment 197753
I know that has been said. But since the formula hasn't been made public (at least to my knowledge), no one really knows until they run the numbers.Margin of victory plays a roll. And everyone who attends gets a vaccine.Just remember the Biden factor. I think we are a four seed and allowed to play in the dome.
AND A CHECK FOR $1400!!! You get a check and you get a check...And everyone who attends gets a vaccine.
We look better in the NET (39) than we do in the RPI (47).The Net is making me miss the rpi.
