This is another uncharacteristic type hire for Syracuse. I would wager almost any program in the country would like to have him on their staff. Syracuse continues to show a stronger commitment to football than I have ever seen.

Agreed - The number of new positions that we’ve created in the Babers tenure is amazing. I’m not sure if the exact number, but it feels like there is a new support position every other month. Our commitment to winning is noticeably stronger than in the past.

I think underrated is the fact that he worked under a guy like Cristobal, who is a top notch recruiter. Would like to think he has some tricks of the trade he can share with the staff.

Gotta say Dino’s best recruiting job may be recruiting ADJW to open the pockets these past couple of seasons. Especially this off season. This guy was great out west in this role, let’s hope he can bring it to the East.
