I was there for a conference in September. Lots of good vibes around Jerry Kill and the football team, although their first game that week was pretty meh. Their basketball team is usually competitive in their conference.
First thing I did was scope out their roster before the blood dried.

We’re going to Las Cruces later this year.
I liked it. I spend most of my time in upstate NY so the difference in scenery was cool, although late summer is probably not the most ideal time to visit. There's a lot of good Mexican places and outdoorsy stuff nearby if you're into that.
They really went too far because that never happens.
it isnt that easy. they have so many ways to spot line moves these days. You gonna pay a kid 5k to try and win 10K if you are gambler? thats not worth the risk..

I will never for as long as I live understand that dynamic. "OK we're going to abuse the hell out of you, and once we're done with that we're going to wear the same Greek letters on our shirt and be besties." It's just so weird.

Generations of people survived lead paint also. But, like hazing, it also has hurt a lot of people and probably isn't a good idea in the year 2023.
