Here’s a related albeit “hot take” question: Why does any college wear Nike if part of the proceeds of sales goes to another college and their facilities and NIL when they are competing with for the same athletes in a hyper competitive cash-driven market? Aren’t they conflicted out?

Yeah that always confuses me. For instance, there are tons of New Era hats. However, if you go on NE website, there is virtually nothing. Do you think there is an agreement to let teams be the main supplier?
