Seems like a very good hire. Someone who can work well with the players.

After watching this interview...I put my Idio stamp of approval on this hire.
He reminds me of coaches and players I have known that were smartasses but yet very talented, smart & relatable.

Just from what was said I am thinking he was immature at a certain age but then had to work his ass off to get to where he is now. Thats a good thing and potentially very helpful to some if not all young student athletes.
