This is probably the most concerned I've been about the RB position in since forever.

I'm really hoping Smallwood makes it here in January to put another player (with a spring practice) into the mix.

Tyson Gulley ????
Jerome Smith
Adonis Moore
Steve Rene

Then

Devante McFarlene
Tyree Smallwood - ????
Insert another freshman - ????

If Morgan comes here, wouldn't be surprised to see him at TB. He's the shortest guy in the picture. Seems to me that would be his spot at this level.

marrone sure has gotten soft.

Unless it's way over the line Marrone has always given guys second chances.

I've wondered that myself... But if we get morris, and McFarlane stays on offense, gonna be an interesting group of RBs. I do have this hunch that Wayne could end up giving us a little Joe Morris throwback though... tempting.
