Bills fans - do you think we missed out on not hiring Anthony Lynn when we had a chance? Or do you think he would be about the same as McDermott with Buffalo's talent level?

Both guys are legit HCs. I think you got the right fit for the culture of Buffalo.
Lynn is an offensive guy and definitely would have helped the Bills but I think McDermitt is a good HC.

I think McDermott is a good leader of men, but I question his in-game coaching, and general Xs and Os ability. I do like Lynn, but I'm not sure that he'd have been a better HC for the Bills over the past 2 seasons than McDermott.

McDermott's stubbornness in retaining assistants/coordinators (e.g. Crossman & Castillo, both of whom were fired this past week) whose units were performing poorly and not improving was extremely frustrating.

Their QB is a joke. It’s awesome that the Ravens are gonna be stuck in Lamar Jackson mode for at least a few years here. Should really stunt them heavily.
