either way, Saban was mediocre as an NFL coach.
Saban Bailed because he wanted Drew Brees but his medical staff wouldn’t give ownership the thumbs up to sign him medically so they got Daunte Culpepper.
Saban bounced because he wanted out of pro football.
If he stayed he isn’t a bum like Patricia, McDaniels, O’Brien.

He is the best part of the Belichick tree becoming the modern day Bear Bryant.

The Dolphins would have 2001 Patriots potential if the AFC wasn’t stacked at the top.
Pittsburgh/Kansas City/Baltimore/Tennessee/Buffalo is a really strong top 5.
Miami is 6 and a team like the Raiders are not a team I would want to play in the wild card round.

I think the Stillers are gonna fall off given Rothlisberger’s knee injury. Especially if they play a team that blitzes or gets good pressure on him. He can’t move in the pocket

I think Buffalo has a better shot than Ten, Miami and Baltimore. Bills have been inconsistent but their ceiling is higher.

Tua looked great yesterday but I wonder how he holds up over time. Josh Allen was sacked 7 times yesterday and took a beating, every QB will have a day like that in the NFL. I wonder how Tua holds up when he takes his licks

If Tua gets hurt then they have Fitzpatrick.

Miami is a fun team to watch the rest of this year.

Buffalo looked like they were toying with Seattle and got bored then when Seattle made a play said okay we will spank you again.

Better QB Daniel Jones or Justin Herbert?

I think the Chargers got a franchise QB who I didn’t realize the Oregon coaches were holding back.

No offense, but that's a lot of supposition, with some spin mixed in

Miami’s medical team wouldn’t pass Drew Brees physical with the team.
So they traded for Daunte Culpepper.
New Orleans admitted they gambled on Brees medical and signed him.
If Brees ends up in Miami the Patriots dynasty has a major thorn.

Saban bailed on Miami because of that iMO.
Saban went 2-2 against New England in 2005 and 2006. So he competed with them.

Even I'm surprised at how bad the Saints beat the Bucs. I had completely prepared myself for a Saints loss. I'm not sure what the Bucs game plan was, but they looked completely unprepared for anything the Saints did. Blown coverages on defense and the Bucs offense could get nothing going.

You know what sucks is the winner of the NFC South has to be the 1 seed or they will play a tougher first round opponent than the runner up who will get the NFC East winner.

NFC race for 1 seed is going to be tight.
Saints are in first right now because it’s a 3 way tie if they are tied with just GB they are 2.

1. Saints 6-2
2. Seahawks 6-2
3. Packers 6-2
4. Eagles 3-4-1
5. Buccaneers 6-3
6. Cardinals 5-3
7. Rams 5-3

Dallas never sacked Big Ben and he got hurt on one of the maybe 2-4 times they got to touch him.

Tua & Allen, like most young QBs, will always take more contact than a veteran like Rothlisberger.

Partly because they’re not making quick decisions and partly because they don't get any soft roughing the passer calls in their favor.

You guys are favored but the schedules aren’t easy either way.
Miami has KC
Buffalo has Pitt

The road games will be tough both ways.
I think week 17 you will see a 10-5 Miami at 11-4 Buffalo.

If that’s the case, the Bills are in good shape, as they’re 4-0 in AFCE and Miami is 1-2

Tua looks to me like Johnny. Small Qb that can run around, has a week arm and so far has been crazy lucky in his 2 starts. He should probably be 0-2 so far. But he played better this week than week 1 for sure

Weak arm?

I’m down to watch just about any teams in the league tonight...except for the Jets. Major disappointment.

Herbert by a lot and I must do mea culpa I was dead wrong about him coming out of college. Someone needs to get him some proactive though.

To even ask that question was sarcastic I thought

Dear Joe Flacco please show your are still capable of being an elite QB.
