I get it but the Jets are pretty a lock for Lawrence. There are 50 posts on the Cowboys forum that I cheat on you guys with about tanking for Lawrence. It's not happening.

Dallas has too much talent to finish 2-14.
New England doesn’t have young talent.
They are an older veteran team.
Patriots are paying the credit card for carrying cap hits.

They will never do what they did for 20 years but give them 2 Years should be competitive again.

I trust the coaching staff but you have to have talent. Cam has turned the ball over too much.

This is why I am not super worried.
Patriots dead money comes off the cap.
They will be able to beef up the roster next year. They can get more cap space easily as well.
Hightower isn’t going to get 10 million next year he will either renegotiate or get cut. Patriots will be able to spend this offseason if they choose too.

Patriots defense is playing standard.
The offense is moving the ball. Which sucks.

1. 11/11 means nothing when you pass up two wide open receivers down field and throw a check down into someone’s toes

2. BB is calling some bizarre ass plays that don’t seem designed to do anything

3. Their D isn’t trying at all

4. Their best corner not playing last week sure didn’t cause them problems against a much better team that they barely lost to .. cause they were trying

The TE position is an embarrassment to pro football.
The Patriots have above talent at OL, RB and CB.
The rest of the team sucks except Dugger, Winovich, Guy.
