I don’t get how ESPN can’t find a good MNF booth.

Riddick is okay as a 3rd guy but Levy and Griese just reek college football announcers.

Sean McDonough was the guy but he pissed off 345 Park Avenue being critical.

It’s not hard to find a good analyst.
ESPN just can’t figure out the MNF booth since Tirico and Gruden.

Riddick is far better than Gruden or Booger or Witten. He's excellent imo. Knows the game inside and out as a former player, scout and director of personnel in the NFL. Griese is decent. Not a big fan of Levy, just not as polished as the high level p-b-p guys in the NFL.

Three man booth is just stupid. you need the play by play guy..and then the analyst needs time to get their point across in a detailed manner. with two dudes giving analysis, its like they have to throw out phrases without substance due to time. dumb. how can this be so difficult.

Man could you even imagine the atmosphere at the Ralph this weekend for Bills/Steelers if Covid wasn't happening? It would be completely insane with all the Steelers fan there and the fact that the fans are drinking literally all day for an 8 pm game.

I don't know..might be better without them. last time we had a huge game at the Rich vs Pitt was when we needed a win to make the playoffs and Pitt sat their starters because they had nothing to play for..and willie parker destroyed us

Buffalo looks better than Pittsburgh right now. I don’t want to hear Covid excuses as a reason. The Steelers line is not good. There’s an argument to be made the Steelers might be the fourth best team in the conference right now.

With a 2 game cushion on Cleveland.

If Cleveland wins their next 3 games Baltimore, @ NY Giants, @ NY Jets they get Pittsburgh at home week 17.

Pittsburgh has an elite D that got tired yesterday but their offense relies on YAC yards a lot.

You need 10-6 to make it in the AFC.

Now the Jets and Jaguars are why the AFC playoff contenders have more wins.
The tomato cans in the NFC are tougher except Philadelphia.

Their offense is getting worse. They have zero running game, zero line, and Ben can't throw deep anymore. Going to be really hard to win against some of the offenses they will see scoring 17-24 points every week.

No excuses, can't drop balls on open passes, have to execute better, etc. However, you cannot define the Steelers defense by last night. Injuries starting to pile up fast. Also, their starting center and RB are out on Covid list. Maybe I'm being subjective here, but I think the Steelers missed Conner a lot last night. That being said, they have not played well lately. Hopefully this loss helps them regain focus.
