Yeah illegal contact and defensive holding haven't been called at all despite it impacting quite a few plays.

I don't think he really cared if the blitz was on. The Bucs had enough blockers there to protect it and allow Evans to get deep no problem. Fournette just royally screwed it up and couldn't even get a finger on the blitzer.

What is the deal with that never being called? I see an OL block in the back several times a game on runs and screens and I don't think I've seen it called once all season.
