What the NFL should is make week 14 or week 15 a bye week for all teams. I say week 14 or 15 because atleast 2 teams have byes from week 4 till week 13.
Then make the games scheduled for that week played week 18.

Any game that has to postponed from now till then would be moved to week 14 or week 15.

If you have a game rescheduled it’s played that week if not you get a second bye week.

so in these situations how often have we seen ONE guy test positive and thats it? Im going to say never. Either the test is a false positive (very possible) or there will for sure be many more positives. this game aint happening any time soon

I agree. NFL screwed the pooch. I would have had one "all team" bye week around week 14, and then another bye after week 17 before playoffs that would be eliminated if there was no need for it.

If I was running my league i would say it is what it is.. you wanna take that chance its just like a late announced injury for a guy who plays a monday night game. in this case you know way ahead of time of the chance you are taking.

Patriots-Chiefs will be played tomorrow at 7pm.

If the Patriots go 1-1 against KC and Denver then they have their bye week. Cam would be eligible to play in the next game as long as he quarantines and tests negative.

3-2 after week 6 is what I expected best case.
I didn’t expect to win this game against KC on the road but no Cam makes this game uncompetitive.

The Chiefs could be in trouble for injuries but the NFL cares about player safety.

So what is Reid's solution? It's pretty clear that the Titans, given the number of positive tests within their organization, did not follow proper COVID protocols. I truly don't understand why the rest of the league should have to bend over backwards to accommodate the Titans at this point.

Yeah I have Mahomes and Edwards-Helaire. I could sub Drew Brees and David Johnson but I think I'm going to leave them in the lineup and hope for the best.
