Why can’t ESPN fix the MNF booth?
Going from Nantz/Romo to Levy/Redick/Griese is just not good.

Low energy MNF booth.

My biggest issue is that Riddick’s and Griese’s voices are too similar. It’s difficult to figure out who is actually talking.

It wasn’t a Brady thing. The ref messed up the Mahomes fumble, called a sketchy PI on a 3rd down and gave KC 15 yards on Mahomes flop out of bounds.

It had nothing to do with the Patriots offense. Don’t want to hear the refs favor them when it’s just conspiracy talk.

Watching Pats QB play last night shows why Cam was such a priority. Man that was some brutal QB play even giving a pass on the Edelman play.

Patriots gave up 2 FGs in the first quarter and then dominated the game till 2 minutes left in the 3rd quarter.
They got a FG, then had the refs screw them out of a really short field on a Mahomes fumble called down in the grasp. Patriots drove the field before halftime and Hoyer when they had no timeouts left took a sack when that was literally the only thing he couldn’t do.
Should have been 6-6 at halftime.

Then the Patriots drove the field again the 3rd quarter and Hoyer fumbled at the 10 yard line.

Chiefs drove the field in a flash and scored. 13-3.
Then the Patriots took Hoyer out and Stidham drove the team down for a TD.

Chiefs got a couple of calls on the next drive but they were still really good and scored another TD. 19-10.

The final TD was because Edelman wasn’t expecting to be thrown the ball and dropped it and tipped it right to Honey Badger.

Patriots with Cam can beat KC as long as their D plays like it has against Mahomes.
Patriots secondary is tailored to play KC.
They double Hill, put their best CB on Watkins and jam the chit out of Kelce at the LOS.

If you gave the Pats a mediocre QB like David Carr they win that game last night IMO.
To be fair KC wasn’t with their best defensive player and they played well. Patriots just kept it close.

That kid Dugger seems like a stud for the Pats. He plays the run with some intensity.

didn't watch the entire game, but from what it sounded like on twitter Mahomes has taken over Brady's spot on the NFL protection hierarchy.

They used to favor the Patriots. With Brady gone so goes the ref protection halo and last night you saw what the rest of us saw when our teams played Brady.

The NFL is screwed. How in the world is Tennessee going to be able to make up 2 games now? Pretending that testing and some minor restrictions on facility access were going to be enough to play through coronavirus looks laughable at this point. The whole season may need to be put on pause if this starts to snowball.
