No, no and no. This isn't the last game of a play-off bound team. This is the second game of the season. You play him.

Sitting Dungey for any extended period of time would be flat out stupid, in my opinion. With FSU coming up next, we need real-time practice and reps to get the offense flowing better.

I haven't seen this mentioned, and correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't remember an SU guy going down with a play stopping injury all game. Closest I can remember was when Dungey took himself out in the 4th after his sideline scamper where he may have pulled a leg muscle or tweeked his foot, but he came back in after Dino called a TO.

If this is true and we didn't have a play stopping injury, is this a first? Not sure a stat like this is even kept, but just an observation and grateful to see we appeared to have come out of the game fairly healthy.

With all that said, glad to hear today that WMU's Davon Tucker was walking around the locker room post game, and hope he makes a speedy, and full recovery.

I think you’re correct. I don’t remember a play stopping injury of an SU player either.
